The Blood Assurance "Life Bug" Bloodmobile will be at Bug-a-Palüza 13 on Saturday, April 16th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We hope you'll consider stopping by and giving a donation. If you are, please reserve a time slot below.
Please provide your name, and a phone number where you can be contacted on Saturday. Also, be sure you have eaten prior to donating and are well hydrated. Be sure and bring your I.D., too.
