The Scenic City Volks Folks are proud to partner with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga to bring you Bug-a-Palüza. A large portion of our gate proceeds as well as our food concession proceeds goes directly to the Ronald McDonald House charities.
In 2010, Bug-a-Palüza raised $14000 for the Ronald McDonald House.
In 2009, Bug-a-Palüza helped raise over $9500 for the Ronald McDonald House, enough to provide 174 nights of stay for families coming to the House.
In 2008, the Scenic City Volks Folks were presented with "The Big Red Shoe", in appreciation of our support for the Ronald McDonald House.
A 40-foot long mobile dentist office, the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile provides dental care to children all over Chattanooga aged 5-21 who have no dental insurance.
The Ronald McDonald House appreciates all donations of childrens' dental supplies, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss. Ronald McDonald House volunteers will be on site accepting donations.
