Vendor Registration

Vendor applications for Bug-a-Palüza 21 are now being accepted! Pricing is $20 for one 10'x20' vendor space. Multiple spaces can be purchased to accommodate larger vendors.

Please fill out this form and hit Next, and then you will be taken to our vendor application. All applications will be reviewed and processed within 1-2 weeks. If you are accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to check out with PayPal.

Note: This form is for swap meet vendors only, all food vendors are set up through the Ronald McDonald House.

ALL Bug-a-Palüza vendors must be pre-registered through this form, there will be no extra space available on the day of the show.

Can be left blank for individuals, if not affiliated with a business.

No food or drink sales allowed, they are handled through Ronald McDonald House. Priorities are given to car parts or industry related products.

The applicant hereby waives any claim against Scenic City Volks Folks, The City of East Ridge, Camp Jordan, Sponsors, Volunteers, and their representatives from any and all liability, personal injury, damages to person or property, or any other loss as a result of the applicant's participation in Bug-a-Palüza 21 and shall indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned. The applicant accepts that participation in Bug-a-Palüza 21 is voluntary and totally at their own risk.
