Show Car Registration

To register a car for Bug-a-Palüza 2023, please fill out this form. Spaces are $30.00 per vehicle. Once complete, you will then check out securely with PayPal.

All vehicles must be pre-registered in order to attend. We will not have any space for day-of registrations on Saturday.

One entry per vehicle. The show car will be registered to the name entered on this form. See Show Info for schedule and information, including costs.

Cost of entry for judged show cars includes entry to the show for two people. Non-judged cars must pay spectator entrance at the gate.

If you wish to sell your car at Bug-a-Palüza, please register here and choose non-judged. You may park it in the show area with a for sale sign, there is no designated area for selling vehicles.

Show space is limited on the show grounds, and in order to accommodate everyone we cannot allow any non-VW cars parked on the show lot.

The applicant hereby waives any claim against Scenic City Volks Folks, The City of East Ridge, Camp Jordan, Sponsors, Volunteers, and their representatives from any and all liability, personal injury, damages to person or property, or any other loss as a result of the applicant's participation in Bug-a-Palüza 2023 and shall indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned. All fees collected are good for one year of membership with the organization. The applicant accepts that participation in Bug-a-Palüza 2023 is voluntary and totally at their own risk.
