Sponsor applications for Bug-a-Palüza 2025 are now being accepted. As a sponsor, our show represents an opportunity to support a great cause, as well as getting your name out to a large portion of Volkswagen enthusiasts, both young and old. We offer the following sponsorship levels:

$100 Level

Name and logo used on website and Facebook event page
1 swap meet space to promote your business
2 admission wristbands (extra spaces and wristbands may be purchased separately)

$500 Level

Name and logo placed on event t-shirt
Name and logo used on website and Facebook event page
2 swap meet spaces to promote your business
2 admission wristbands (extra spaces and wristbands may be purchased separately)

Sponsors will also be mentioned frequently thoughout the show by our emcee, Dr. FieldingGood.

The applicant hereby waives any claim against Scenic City Volks Folks, The City of East Ridge, Camp Jordan, Sponsors, Volunteers, and their representatives from any and all liability, personal injury, damages to person or property, or any other loss as a result of the applicant's participation in Bug-a-Palüza 2025 and shall indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned. All fees collected are good for one year of membership with the organization. The applicant accepts that participation in Bug-a-Palüza 2025 is voluntary and totally at their own risk.
